Tilt monitor device

The Tilt Monitor connects to any metal surface structure and is immediately secured with its high strength magnet. When the device contacts the surface, the activation sensor is triggered turning the device ON.

When the device is removed from surface the same sensor is triggered to turn the device OFF. Furthermore, online installation of the Tilt Monitor will be set up accordingly on the user manual provided by Yeltech. Readings come once a day with 4 measurements: 1: Internal temperature 2: Ambient temperature 3: Xaxis 4: Y axis

Emergency Warning Board

How does it work?
Position the EWB on to the line-side clamp by sliding the mounting bar into bottom of EWB or position on to theballast basket/support clamp.Turn the key switch on, the LEDs will turn on continuously for 10 seconds whilst the electronics self-diagnose forany faults.

After 10 seconds, the LEDs will revert to normal operation.The warning board is now in operation mode. The key should now be removed to avoid unauthorised switching off of the EWB.

Once the EWB has been turned on, pre-determined recipients will begin to receive messages upon turning on the EWB. Messages will include: Status – EWB Start or Halt / Battery Low Alarm / Upright or Fallen Over.

EWB

How does it work?
Simply plug the 3-pin UK plug into a 240V supply, then connect the EWB charger flying lead to EWB charging point which can be found on the side of the EWB near the bottom.

Ensure the key-switch is in the OFF position and then turn the power switch to the ON position on the stand charger and the power light will illuminate.The charger has 4 power trip switches which are colour coded with the flying power cables.

Simply switch the required power switch and your EWB will begin to charge. When it is charged turn off the associated power switch or the main power switch if you have no further EWB's to be charger.

IPHT

The IPHT has been designed to either be retro-fitted to existingPoints Heating Sites orfor new installations to reduce the Installation costs (on new sites) as well as the power required to operate a points heating site.With the IPHT there is no need for a new control cubicle as all the controls and communications are taken care of by the IPHT.

This will obviously offer significant budget savings in both Installation and power rates which, are usually charged to individual zones. Nothing on the main system will be affected or will need to be modified; all that is necessary is to attach the smart box to the transformer and connect one of the main cables from the transformer to the smart box.

Weather station

This weather station is completely bespoke to customer’s requirements, it is incredibly flexible and customers can choose from a large number of sensors like: Humidity, rain, ambient temperature,rail temperature, wind speed, water level, pyranometer, pressure sensor, soil temperature sensor etc.

The YWS is constantly monitoring and loging data from all sensors installed; the data is then transmitted using the latest IoT comunication system to the cloud system,where customers have access to it directly on the web or via a mobile App.
