Collecting data for Advanced Vibration Analysis
SVT-A series wireless vibration sensors comprise SVT200-A, SVT300-A and SVT400-A. These advanced sensors collect and transmit raw triaxial acceleration data and temperature data. These data are acquired by commands, manually or automatically and are ideal for advanced vibration analysis, machine condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
The SVT-A range can continuously take 3-axes acceleration data in real-time at 50Hz/100Hz/200Hz non-stop for more than 6 months. Sensors have the capacity to be divided into more than 3,000 groups with sensors in the same group synchronized to take data, making application in almost any industrial scenario possible. The three sensor types (200, 300 and 400) differ in vibration sensitivity with SVT200-A having the highest and most commonly applied sensitivity from +/-2g up to +/-16g and SVT400-A detecting up to +/-64g.

Real-time vibration monitoring and easy usage for accident detection
SVT-V-series wireless vibration & temperature sensors are ideal for continuous vibration monitoring where rapid response times are required, e.g. to detect integral failure or accidents. The SVT-V series continuously monitor vibration & temperature in real-time 24/7.
Similar to their SVT-A series counterparts they comprise 3 acceleration ranges (SVT200-V – up to 8g, SVT300-V – up to 16g, and SVT400-V up to 64g). Accident/incident detection sends an alarm typically within 0.5 seconds.
ISO 10816 standard can be referred to determine machine conditioning. This is an easy process for technicians without a vibration analysis background. Combined with AI, these sensors can form part of a reliable predictive maintenance schedule. The sensors integrate edge computing algorithms and collect acceleration samples continuously at low frequency.

SVT-C Series Wireless Vibration Sensors
Smallest footprint continuous power
SVT-C series wireless vibration and temperature sensors have the smallest footprint in the industry. The SVT-C series use a 9v-36v DC external power supply. Battery replacement is therefore not an issue in difficult-to-reach locations. These wired sensors communicate with Broadsens or other gateways wirelessly, and are very easy and quick to set up.
SVT-C series are available in three categories: SVT200-CA, SVT300-CA, and SVT400-CA. These three categories match the functionality of the SVT-A series sensors and SVT-V series sensors respectively. The case is made of stainless steel and industrial durable plastic. Having the smallest footprint in the industry, they measure only 30x18x13 mm (1.18×0.71×0.51 inch) and come with 8 feet (2.5 m) of default coaxial cable. The cable length can be customised to suit any application requirements. Mounting is easy with either epoxy or customised mounting brackets.

SVT-L Series Long Range Wireless Vibration Sensors
3x Long Range to cover Poor Signal or Interference Environments
The SVT-L sensors are perfect for locations which suffer from poor signal or strong interference. The sensors function exactly the same as the standard sensors and can replace them directly making sensor signal upgrades very simple.
SVT-L sensors have an enormous long-range, very high data rate and exceptional battery life. With a range of up to 1km (0.6miles) in combination with Broadsens’s edge-computing gateways (or other configured gateways) data can be transmitted over long distances without compromising accuracy or reliability. They only weigh 117 g (4.1 oz) including the battery, measure 37×71 mm (1.46×2.80 inch) diameter x height. The SVT-L series are powered by an ER18505 battery which supports the higher transmission power needs and are FCC/IC and CE certified.
